Attorney General nominee to GOP: Obama immigration policy is lawful

AZBD Note: Loretta Lynch obviously thinks Obama is a King and can make up whatever laws he wants. That is Obama’s qualifications for Attorney General. The fake opposition party, the GOP will vote to confirm her. Bet on it.

President Barack Obama’s nominee to replace the controversial Eric Holder as the U.S. Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, during her Senate confirmation hearing on Wednesday was quick to defend Obama’s executive orders and action regarding immigration enforcement, but was just as quick to tell the panel of Senators that had no part in the Obama administration’s decision that riled many lawmakers, law enforcement officials and constitutionalists.

Lynch told the panel of Democrat and Republican lawmakers that President Obama’s statements and those of his minions — that the Homeland Security Department isn’t capable of deporting the lawbreakers — makes it necessary to select those most deserving of being deported such as criminals. The immigration authorities such as Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents need executive guidance on the best way to remove large numbers of illegal immigrants with the limited resources available, Lynch argued.
